Position:Partner Sales Associate
Location:Open
Purpose:INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MISSIONNEXT PARTNERSHIPS BY HELPING MISSION ORGANIZATIONS AND SCHOOLS SEE THE BENEFITS OF MISSIONNEXT SERVICES FOR THEIR RECRUITMENT NEEDS.
Key Duties: 
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE SALES STRATEGY FOR ATTRACTING MISSION ORGANIZATIONS INTO FINANCIAL PARTNERSHIP WITH MISSIONNEXT.

TIME COMMITMENT: Part-Time

Team Interaction:
1. Maintains a Christ-like interactive relationship with other MN staff members.
2. Reports to the CEO.
3. Works closely with the MissionNext Marketing and Partner Relations Teams

External Communication:
1. Cultivates relationships with the key budgetary contacts within mission organizations.

Planning:
1. Directs the process of cultivating and implementing the sales plan.
2. Helps develop effective marketing materials and messaging.

Logistics:
1. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education:College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:1. Accomplishments and track record in sales and sales management. 2. Experience with sales in the non-profit sector would be helpful.
Requirements:1. Christ-follower, personable, good communication and people skills, dependent on prayer, spiritually mature, financial understanding, and ability to travel. 2. There is no office space for this position; incumbent will work from home using his/her own computer and high-speed internet. There may be little in-person contact, and day-to-day contact is via email, telephone and video conferencing. 3. This is a self-supporting position. Approved ministry expenses may be reimbursed. 4. Agrees with MissionNext Statement of Faith and Spiritual Purpose
Preferences:1. Experience with, or willingness to learn basic use of various software platforms as appropriate. For example: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Office 365, virtual communications tools (GoToMeeting, Free Conference Calls, Constant Contact bulk email programs, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools). 2. Due to virtual teamwork nature, must be a self-starter, willing to stay on task without regular face-to-face interaction. 3. Good communicator with solid knowledge and practice of email ethics (responding quickly, etc.). 4. Good team member skills. 5. Understanding of biblical principles regarding relationships, conflict resolution, etc. 6. Knowledge of missions and MissionNext products, Forums and Journey Deepens events.
