INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FEE: (includes Plenary Sessions, workshops, interactive time with ministry reps, conference notebook, breakfast & lunch)

  • Registration Fee:  $109/person
  • Early Bird Registration Fee:  $89/person (10 days prior to a forum)

EXHIBITOR FEES:

  • Limited & Member Level Partners:  $150 Booth Fee plus $49 per Rep
  • Plus Member Partners:                   $75 Booth Fee plus $49 per Rep
  • Non-Member National Ministry:       $300 Booth Fee plus $49 per Rep
  • Non-Member Local Ministry:           $75 Booth Fee plus $49 per Rep
  • Host Church:                                 Free booth and two free Reps
  • Sponsoring Churches:                    Free booth plus $49 per Rep

BOOTH FEES provide for the booth space, table and two chairs, electricity, if requested, and wi-fi, if available.

REP fees cover breakfast and lunch on Saturday, the forum notebook, and an opportunity to personally interact with delegates attending the forum.

CUT-OFF DATE for Exhibitor Registration is three weeks prior to a forum.
