FAQ's on Registration Fees
Q: ARE WORKSHOP PRESENTERS REQUIRED TO REGISTER AND PAY?
A: Workshop presenters are entitled to a free registration. However, they do need to register as an individual and write in the Comments box that they are presenting a workshop. This will help us in preparing name tags and having an accurate count for notebooks and food.
Q: IS THERE A REDUCTION OF EXHIBITOR FEES FOR MINISTRIES DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH OR SUPPORTED BY THE HOST CHURCH?
A: No. All ministries will pay the standard booth fee as set forth in the Exhibitor Fee Schedule. For more information, please refer to the page on MissionNext Forum Registration Fees.
Q: DO LEADERSHIP TEAM MEMBERS COORDINATING THE FORUM HAVE TO PAY THE DELEGATE REGISTRATION FEE?
A: If 90% of the forum attendance goal (to be set by the local team and approved by Forum Director) is met by the forum date goal, the seven members of the Leadership Team named in the Forum Development Guide will be given a free registration, i.e., Forum Coordinator, Prayer Coordinator, Registration/Administration Coordinator, Facility Coordinator, Church Plan Coordinator, Media Plan Coordinator, and Community Plan Coordinator. If the goal is not met, the Leadership Team members will pay the same fee as an attendee, which is $89. All other volunteers, such as Area Church Coordinators will also pay the $89 fee.
Q: CAN THE HOST CHURCH HAVE AN EXHIBIT
TABLE OF MINISTRIES THEY SUPPORT IN-CHURCH?
A: The Host church may have one (1) free booth plus two reps. They must still register as an exhibitor and write in the comments field that the registration is for the Host Church booth.
Q: CAN SPONSORING CHURCHES HAVE AN EXHIBIT TABLE FOR IN-HOUSE MINISTRIES; IF SO, DO THEY HAVE TO PAY A FEE FOR THE BOOTH AND/OR THEIR REPS?
A: A Sponsoring Church may have one (1) free booth; reps pay a fee of $15/rep. They must still register as an exhibitor and write in the Comments field that the registration is for [name of the church], a Sponsoring Church.
