Estill Dave Estill
Victim Relief Ministries (AZ)

Dave was raised in the Missouri Ozarks where the Lord saved him at age 14. After graduating from the University of Missouri in 1973, he entered the US Air Force. He met his wife Barb during his first assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. They moved 11 times and lived in Alaska, England and Panama among other places. During that time they were blessed with two girls, Christine and Robyn. Dave managed business activities and industrial operations on the bases.

In Feb 2003, Dave and Barb finished the first half of their life in Colorado Springs. When Dave retired from the Air Force as a Colonel, they moved to the Phoenix area. Since that time Barb has worked as a nurse-auditor and Dave has been working in real estate and is President of Client Options, LLC. Dave spent 6 months in Louisiana doing hurricane recovery work with the state medical examiner. He also serves as the Director of the Arizona Chapter of Victim Relief Ministries www.VictimRelief.org They have four wonderful grandchildren and reside in Gilbert AZ.
 
Hicks Kathy Hicks
Operation Mobilization (GA)

Kathy Hicks was raised in a Christian family in Southern California, and served with her husband, Rick, at Forest Home Christian Conference Center for 20 years before the Lord called them into full time missions in 1996 as "Finishers." Rick became President of Operation Mobilization USA, and Kathy worked in the personnel department, eventually developing the Custom Short Term Department that arranges specialized short term trips for individuals, couples and families, including Finishers.

Shortly after the beginning of the Finisher's Project, Kathy was asked to serve on the Finishers Leadership Team, and did so until 2007. In 2009 Kathy was invited to join the Board of Directors of Finishers.

Kathy and Rick co-authored "Boomers, Xers and Other Strangers: Understanding the Generational Differences that Divide Us" published by Focus on the Family, and Kathy wrote "Scaling the Wall: Overcoming Obstacles to Missions Involvement" published by Send the Light. Both Kathy and Rick speak on various topics in a variety of settings, and enjoy international travel in their roles with OM. Kathy and Rick live near Atlanta, Georgia, and have one grown daughter, Cora, who lives in Southern California.
 
MacLeod Bill MacLeod
Mission ConneXion Northwest (OR)

Bill MacLeod is the Executive Director of Mission ConneXion Northwest, which he founded in 2001 during his fifteen years as a local church missions pastor in Portland, Oregon. It has become one of the largest, annual, church missions mobilizing events in the Northwest USA, arguably the country. Bill has been involved in city-wide mobilization efforts for more than three decades, directing city-wide efforts with the Luis Palau Association in the 1980's in Scotland, England, and Wales; Luis Palau's Portland CityFest in 2008, and Andrew Palau's Kigali Hope Festival in Rwanda in 2009. While working on Luis Palau's historic Mission to London in 1983, he met and married his wife, Joan, and they have three grown children. He holds earned degrees from Philadelphia College of Bible, and Western Seminary. Other organizations Bill has worked with include Promise Keepers, Operation Mobilization, and the Billy Graham Association, as well as serving on various boards and councils including People International, The Finishers Project, and Biola University.
 
Malwitz Nelson Malwitz
Finishers Project (CT)

Nelson projects himself as the generic Evangelical baby-boomer. Born in 1946, he was raised in New Jersey in a Christian family. He holds an MS degree in Chemical Engineering and served in positions of research and development in American industry for 33 years. Nelson is an inventor with about 15 US Patents and has formal training in methods of Creative Problem Solving.

In 1976 he was City Co-chairman of the Here's Life America Campaign in Connecticut. He was a founding elder at Walnut Hill Community Church (WHCC) in Bethel, CT in 1982. He has served in many capacities in the church including as an adult Sunday School teacher and Elder. In 1998 Nelson founded the Finishers Project as a national ministry of WHCC. It has expanded to a major portal for entry into missions for Americans.

Nelson is now working with Australian and Nigerian nationals to expand the reach of the "Finishers" movement internationally and is also involved in starting new initiatives to connect educators, technical workers and healthcare providers into missions.
 
Micheals Chuck Micheals
Wycliffe Bible Translators (FL)

Chuck and Barb Micheals have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators for 22 Years, and prior to that, Chuck managed grocery stores in Southwestern Michigan.

Fifteen of the years with WBT were spent in Papua, New Guinea, five in the Chicago area as Director of Recruitment, and the last years in Orlando where Chuck currently serves as the Vice President for Recruitment Ministries for Wycliffe. Barb works with Wycliffe's Get Global short-term trips.
 
Parrott Don Parrott
Finishers Project (AZ)

Don Parrott stepped into the leadership position of Finishers with a background uniquely preparing him for this role. After working as a Missions Pastor in the Pacific Northwest, Don and his family served overseas, primarily in Argentina, then ministered as the mobilization director for a mission agency. From that position he took the leadership of Paraclete Mission Group for several years, moving into the President/CEO role of Finisher Project in 2006.

Married to Ele for 36 years, they have four grown and married children and four grandchildren…hoping for more! Don and Ele live in Gilbert, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.
 
Springer Jeff Springer
Navigators (FL)

Jeff grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, was raised in a loving home and trusted Christ in 1970 through the ministry of the Navigators while serving in the US Army. God used the time in the Army, the Navigators influence and later ministry involvement to bring a concrete conviction about the privilege and excitement of watching individuals mature in Christ. After the Army, he and his wife continued to be involved in Navigator military and student ministries, while at the same time returning to a career in the family hotel/hospitality business where he has worked for the last 37 years. Jeff currently lives in Miami, Florida, with Claudia, his wife of 39 years. They have 3 grown children, Matt, Holly and Timothy. Claudia is a high school English teacher. Jeff works with pastors and churches in South Florida as a Navigator representative for the Navigator's Church Discipleship Ministry, and has been involved with the Finishers Project leadership team since 1998.
 
Warton, Jr. John Warton, Jr.
Business Professional Network (OR)

John Warton lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife, Kate. They have been married 39 years, have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Kate has a landscaping business, Gardenscapes by Kate, and John serves as an elder at Riverwest Church.

John moved from the marketplace to ministry in 1974, serving in pastoral roles, then with the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association. He is a ministry coach and director for Ministry Coaching International, and serves as President of the Business Professional Network.

Adelsman Tom Adelsman
Finishers Project (AZ)

Tom is a graduate of Bethel College and Seminary (BA Music Ed, M.Div., D.Min), St. Paul, Minnesota and has been active in full-time ministry since 1974. He has served in a variety of capacities over the years including music ministry, church administration, missions, and graduate school leadership. Global missions continues to be Tom's primary area of interest and passion. He's excited to be serving with Finishers Project in various roles. Tom and Connie have three married children and a grandson.
 
Chiles Pat Chiles
Finishers Project (CA)

Pat feels that he has been uniquely prepared by God for ministry with Finishers by taking him through nearly 37 years of both corporate and ministry experiences. That, along with his education, training, and set of gifts and abilities combines to equip him at this time and place for service with Finishers.

Pat earned his bachelor's in psychology from San Diego State University and his M.A. from Western Seminary. He has nearly 37 years of lay and professional ministry, including service as a missionary for five years in Micronesia. As a sales and marketing executive with nearly 30 years of experience, Pat has the understanding of what it will take to get the word out to nearly 12 million Boomers that there is a need for them to engage in ministry.

Pat's heart-felt passion is to work with and encourage people in their walk with God, to help them grow in their relationship with Him to the point where they are 100% sold out and willing to go and serve anywhere.

Pat and his wife Linda have been married for 33 years and they live in Oceanside, CA. They have five children, one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and one daughter-in-law to-be.
 
Erdmann Paul Erdmann
Finishers Project (AZ)

Paul joined The Finishers Project in December of 2006 with 27 years of experience in business and non-profit management. The first 21 years in managing (3 years) and then owning (18 years) a retail lumberyard in the small Northwest Iowa town of Paullina. From June of 2001 until November of 2006 Paul was the Chief Operating Officer/Business Manager for Urban Impact Ministries in New Orleans, LA.

Paul and his wife Colleen were"finishers" when God called them into ministry in the inner city of New Orleans - they just didn't know it! Now as an "official" Finisher, Paul's role as Chief Operating Officer is to manage the business and financial side of The Finishers Project ministry.

Paul has held various church offices in his home church in Iowa, his church in New Orleans, and on district boards of the Evangelical Free Church. He currently sits on the National Board of Directors for the Evangelical Free Church of America and the Christian Investors Foundation.

Paul and Colleen have four adult children, one precious granddaughter, and an all-star pro-football grandson (in 20-25 years!).
 
Erdmann Colleen Erdmann
Finishers Project (AZ)

Colleen joined The Finishers Project, along with her husband Paul, in December of 2006 bringing 24 years of experience in bookkeeping to the Finishers office. The first 18 years she worked alongside her husband in their business, taking care of the books for Paullina Building Center in Paullina, IA. From June of 2001 until November of 2006 she did bookkeeping and a multitude of other office duties for Urban Impact Ministries and Castle Rock Community Church in New Orleans, LA.

Colleen and Paul have 4 grown children: Chris (36) and Drew (33) both live near Paullina, IA. Nick (31) and his wife Becky live in Carpentersville, IL, and Jenn (29) and her husband Kyle reside in Hagerstown, MD. In July of 2008 Jenn and Kyle blessed Colleen and her husband with their first grandchild, Savannah Beth! In June of 2010 Nick and Becky blessed them with their first grandson, Maxwell Roydon!
 
Field Julie Kay Field
(CA)

Julie is the daughter of 2 PK's (Preachers Kids) and came to Christ in Elementary school. Her early discipleship was influenced by a church youth group she attended which included personal Bible Study as well as group study and evangelism. Over the last 25 years Julie has been involved in leading small groups and other lay ministry leadership.

In 2003, Julie made a major decision to transition from her first career of 20 years: she attended seminary and answered the call of her Savior to full time ministry. Julie comes to the Finishers Project with 20 years of retail sales management as well as 4 years of full time ministry and non-profit management. Julie earned her M.A. in Cross-cultural Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, School of Inter-cultural Studies. She holds a B.A. from SDSU and certificates in Mediation, Human Resource Management and TESOL. Julie has served oversees teaching ESL-Business in Gdansk, Poland, teaching ESL for Children's camps in Poland and has traveled extensively to work alongside missionaries in the Philippines and Poland.

In 2006, she joined a team from her church who has adopted an unreached unengaged people group in Ethiopia. She travels twice a year in order to help oversee the progress of Evangelism and Discipleship of the Awi people including small groups, the Jesus Film translation, meeting the needs of school children, micro-loans to poor women and serving orphans of HIV.

Julie holds the title of Proud Coast Guard Mom. Her son Jeff is commissioned officer LTJG United States Coast Guard, Tactical Law Enforcement Team.

As Director of the Coaching Network for the Finishers Project she hopes that by bringing talented, spiritually-astute and ministry-neutral coaches alongside the people who submit their profiles, they will become better equipped applicants for our ministry partners, thereby impacting the Kingdom for eternity.
 
Fitch Paulette Fitch
Finishers Project (SC)

Paulette has been with Finishers since 2000 and has been able to see and participate in the phenomenal growth of the organization since its beginning in 1998. Her previous experience in the banking industry ended in 1979 when she became a stay-at-home Mom. While remaining at home, she operated her own business and also volunteered in the public school system and served as Chapter Leader with a non-profit organization. She has been active in church ministries as a Sunday School teacher, boys & girls club leader, music ministry, and short-term mission trips.

She and Ed have been married for 33 years; Ed retired from Corporate Aviation in 2005. They live in South Carolina and have two grown sons. Their older son Marc (31) and his wife, Erin, live in Connecticut with their two beautiful babies. Their younger son, Kevin (28), lives in South Carolina.
 
Macha Dan Macha
Finishers Project (PA)

Dan Macha grew up on a Kansas wheat farm. A self-proclaimed "child of the 60's" he began to follow Jesus while majoring in history at Kansas State University. After moving to Philadelphia, a short-term trip launched him into missions. He subsequently lived in Dublin, Ireland from 1983-1992 where he pioneered his organization's evangelism and church planting efforts. After returning to the US in May 1992, he spearheaded the agency's mobilization efforts until 2010.

Dan joined the Finishers Project in summer, 2010 to challenge his generation to "Finish the Task in our lifetime". He and his wife Cindy have six children and eight grandchildren in the family they blended on September 26, 2009. They live in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, pursuing passions including ministry mobilization, Phillies baseball, Steelers football, walking, biking and lawn bocce.

Bill is a finisher himself having sold a successful dot com business and now serving the Lord with Finishers Project. He donates his considerable expertise to the web development efforts of Finishers Project and its sister websites.
 
Schifle Kate Schifle
Finishers Project (OH)

Kate has spent more than 30 years in sales and marketing and for the last 10 has also been planning and managing national conferences and seminars. She feels that God has been preparing her to be able to use her skills for his work and his glory through Finishers Project. She is excited to be a part of the team and eager to see what the Lord has planned for this part of the journey.

Kate has 2 sons - Tim is a graphic designer in Cleveland and Drew is a medical device designer in Denver. In her free time, she loves to travel and kayak and enjoy close up the beauty of nature.
 
Stewart Henry Stewart
(AZ)

Henry Stewart has an extensive engineering and business background. During much of his adult life, he ran from the Lord much like Jonah did. Then Jesus got hold of him about 10 years ago, and his life has not been the same since. He has served as a tent-making church planter, in multiple prison ministry settings, and in the missions field.

Henry is currently working on a DMin at George Fox University under Len Sweet studying how to reconnect baby boomers with Jesus the Christ as they transition through the various stages of life.

He and his wife Karen have 4 children ranging from age 13 to 36, two grandchildren and numerous foster children as part of their extended family.
