Position:Military Mobilization Analyst
Location:Open
Purpose:Develops and executes strategies to mobilize separating military for positions as Kingdom Workers.

Staff Interaction:
1. Maintains a Christ-like interactive relationship with other MN staff members.
2. Strives to create an affirming environment with staff. Promotes a culture of constant process improvement in the planning and execution of events.

External Communication:
1. Works closely with MN partner agencies, military chaplains, para-church military ministries and churches - listening to their stated needs, communicating the benefit of military mobilization, and promoting MissionNext as an effective tool for their consideration.
2. Provides editorial content for social media, websites and blogs through solicitation or direct preparation.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
1. In conjunction with the VP for Military Mobilization, develops and executes strategies to position MissionNext to effectively mobilize separating military for positions as Kingdom Workers.
2. Through collaboration with stakeholders in para-church ministries, churches and military chapel programs, develops specific activities to challenge military personnel to consider Kingdom work as an alternative to traditional secular work.
3. Assists stakeholders in casting the vision for military personnel to see how their God-provided leadership and skills are a perfect fit for Kingdom work.
4. Coordinates all details essential for a successful event, including meals, schedules, coaches, speakers, music, housing and materials.
5. Communicates in a patient manner with coaches and staff under sometimes stressful conditions.
6. Prepares annual budget and closely monitors financial results.
Education:College graduate desired
Experience:Extended active duty time in any military service and familiarity with military ministry groups, chapels and military-focused churches is highly desired.
Requirements:1. Personable, excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependent on prayer and spiritually mature.
2. Since there is no office space for this position, incumbent will work from home using his/her own computer and high-speed internet. There is no in-person contact, other than at events. Day-to-day contact is via email, telephone and video conferencing.
3. The time commitment will vary greatly depending on the schedule - typically 16-20 hours per week.
4. This is a self-supporting position. Expenses for approved travel are reimbursed.
5. Travel to events and meetings is required.
6. Due to the virtual nature of our teamwork, candidate must be a self-starter, willing to stay on task without regular face-to-face interaction.

Preferences:1. Knowledge of missions and MissionNext products, forums and Journey Deepens events.
2. The candidate will preferably have experience with, or willingness to learn various software platforms such as: Microsoft Outlook, Office, Office 365, virtual communication tools (such as GoToMeeting), bulk email programs (such as Constant Contact), customer service software (such as Customer Relationship Management tools) as appropriate.

Position:Director of Marketing and Communications
Location:Any US State
Purpose:Adheres to, directs the implementation of, and refines the agreed upon strategic marketing/brand development plan, with the goal of increasing public awareness of our ministry and services, attracting more Partners and Candidates to engage with us.

2. Reports directly to President/CEO.
3. Facilitates Marketing team meetings, updates and planning.
4. Oversees marketing team members’ activities.
5. Work closely with all MissionNext divisions to understand and provide for their marketing needs.
6. Encourage MissionNext Team and Board Members to support our marketing efforts.
7. Produce metrics that indicate evidence of marketing success and Return on Investment.

External Communication:
1. Ensures the quality of all design elements before public release: newsletters, brochures, displays, advertising, social media.
2. Manage relationships with creative design partners.
3. Participate in communications with our current and prospective ministry partner organizations as appropriate.

Planning:
1. Responsible for brand continuity and plan implementation.
2. Oversees content scheduling, development and editing for materials and website, including inbound website marketing messaging and website blog content.
3. Suggests fresh content for MissionNext website.
4. Controls marketing materials and gets them to conferences as needed.
5. Help MissionNext stay current on industry trends regarding marketing, messaging, and legalities regarding communications.
6. Operates within the budget and targeted outcomes framework.

Education:College degree or equivalent experience
Experience:Prior experience in marketing, communications, and team leadership is desired.

Position:Donor Development Specialist
Location:Open
Purpose:TO GENERATE EXTERNAL SOURCES OF DONOR REVENUE AND GIFTING TO ENSURE THE FINANCIAL STABILITY AND CONTINUED GROWTH OF MISSIONNEXT.

Generate a comprehensive list of donor prospects; Design and implement a systematic approach for contacting that list of donor prospects; Help establish content for presentations to potential donors; Help motivate and educate Board and Team Members to participate in donor development; Implement methods to sustain and increase donor giving.

1. Initiate donor recognition and follow-up strategies.
2.Maintain relationship with donors throughout the year to nurture giving, share ministry updates and reports/stories from MissionNext candidates.

Position:Financial Manager (Part-time)
Location:USA - No need to re-locate
Purpose:Help us in our ministry to connect God’s people who want to serve with ministries looking for personnel by giving oversight to our finances and providing financial information to our Board and Leadership.

This is a part-time, self-supporting position, with flexible hours. Time commitment increases around month-end, budget season (calendar year), and financial review (Spring).

Staff Interaction:
1. Maintains a Christ-like interactive relationship with other MN staff members.
2. Reports directly to President/CEO.
3. Organizational leader of one Team Member – our Accountant.
4. Works closely with our Accountant who does the bulk of day-to-day financial management, payroll, General Ledger entries, accounts receivable/payable, and report generation.
5. Coordinates month-end financial reporting and analysis for management with the help of our Bookkeeper.
6. Coordinates annual budgeting process.
7. Works closely with the President/CEO to ensure appropriate financial and official document controls.
8. Other responsibilities as assigned.

External Communication:
1. Coordinates annual review of our financial process by an outside CPA. This is typically a matter of responding to the CPA’s requests and supplying needed information. Our current CPA reviewer has served with us for several years and knows our system and organization well.
2. Manages annual report filing, such as the IRS 990, annual ECFA certification, and reporting to states in which we have personnel. This is a fairly simple process, in that previous reports typically supply the information needed for the current year.
3. Interface with state governments to comply with reporting requirements when adding a Team Member.
4. Ensure that we remain adequately insured. Insurance companies bill us, so this is really a matter of recommending any changes or improvements as necessary.
5. Remain aware and help us comply with industry trends regarding financial management, control and reporting.
Education:College Education or equivalent experience preferred
Experience:Prior experience in organizational financial management, and experience with financial software such as Excel, Quickbooks, Fund Accounting software.

Position:MissionNext Webmaster
Location:Open
Purpose:Provide overall Web support for all MissionNext Web sites

1. Work with web Ministry Directors and VP of Program Development to develop, maintain and support new and existing web sites.
2. Work with web Ministry Directors and graphic designers to create and refine compelling graphic design for web sites.
3. Install updates to plugins, themes and other web components, implement changes in web infrastructure, adding/changing/removing web pages while ensuring security, speed, functionality, and reliability.
4. Develop methods to test new plugins, web changes, and other new content without impacting customers
5. Provide training as needed to enable MissionNext staff to implement web text, image and video content.
6. Communicate to the web Ministry Directors and MissionNext leadership on web development progress, security issues and scheduled downtime.
7. Use trouble ticket system to track and resolve reported problems in production web sites.

Experience:Accomplishments and track record in Web infrastructure, design and support.
Requirements:Personable, good communication and people skills, dependent on prayer, spiritually mature, demonstrated expertise in web development tools, (Themes, plugins, PHP and CSS coding), IT infrastructure including web domains, security and hosting.
Preferences:Experience in web hosting, security, WordPress, Divi, MOD-X, PostgreSQL, other development tools and plugins, good analytical skills and customer orientation.

Position:MissionNext Office 365 Desktop Support and Administration

Purpose:Provide overall administrative support for Office 365 at MissionNext

2. Provide Training for MissionNext staff to fully utilize the capabilities of Microsoft Office products.

Purpose:To make sure that business and financial affairs of MissionNext are conducted in a God-honoring manner, and that Leadership has access to information necessary to make informed strategic and tactical decisions.
