Position: | Military Mobilization Analyst |

Purpose: | Develops and executes strategies to mobilize separating military for positions as Kingdom Workers. |

Experience: | Extended active duty time in any military service and familiarity with military ministry groups, chapels and military-focused churches is highly desired. |
Requirements: | 1. Personable, excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependent on prayer and spiritually mature. 2. Since there is no office space for this position, incumbent will work from home using his/her own computer and high-speed internet. There is no in-person contact, other than at events. Day-to-day contact is via email, telephone and video conferencing. 3. The time commitment will vary greatly depending on the schedule - typically 16-20 hours per week. 4. This is a self-supporting position. Expenses for approved travel are reimbursed. 5. Travel to events and meetings is required. 6. Due to the virtual nature of our teamwork, candidate must be a self-starter, willing to stay on task without regular face-to-face interaction. |

Purpose: | TO GENERATE EXTERNAL SOURCES OF DONOR REVENUE AND GIFTING TO ENSURE THE FINANCIAL STABILITY AND CONTINUED GROWTH OF MISSIONNEXT. |
Key Duties: | Easy Inquiry ... | Generate a comprehensive list of donor prospects; Design and implement a systematic approach for contacting that list of donor prospects; Help establish content for presentations to potential donors; Help motivate and educate Board and Team Members to participate in donor development; Implement methods to sustain and increase donor giving. |
Education: | College degree or equivalent experience. |
Experience: | Fund-raising or customer service experience. |

Purpose: | Help us in our ministry to connect God’s people who want to serve with ministries looking for personnel by giving oversight to our finances and providing financial information to our Board and Leadership. |
Key Duties: | Easy Inquiry ... | This is a part-time, self-supporting position, with flexible hours. Time commitment increases around month-end, budget season (calendar year), and financial review (Spring). |

Experience: | Prior experience in organizational financial management, and experience with financial software such as Excel, Quickbooks, Fund Accounting software. |
