| Purpose: | Facilitate church and local leaders in hosting a Finishers Forum in cities and regions of the U.S. |

| Experience: | Accomplishments and track record in leadership and project management. Ability to lead, not by directive, but by promoting/selling compelling ideas. |

| Purpose: | Serve Finishers Project by planning, developing and implementing all of its communications strategies. The position reports to the President and serves as a member of the senior management team. |

| Position: | The Journey Deepens Advance Representative |

| Purpose: | Facilitate Agencies and local leaders in hosting The Journey Deepens (TJD) weekends in cities and regions of the US. |

| Requirements: | Excellent leadership and communication skills. Spiritually mature. Large and small-group facilitation skills. Teachable. A team player and a self-starter. |
| Preferences: | Prior missions/ministry experience with a good command of scripture in fact and synthesis. Comfortable in public speaking roles a plus; well read in current books in such areas as career guidance, discipleship and missions. |
